Except for all the features below, included now in the product series Färdiland™ is also a hammock in the same strong, light and fast drying polyester mesh as used in the cart. The hammock is spread by the cart's two top tubes so that one can lie comfortably without getting squeezed.

The cart's mesh cradle/seat/case now also works perfectly as a daytour back pack for anyone who needs to reduce the weight brought on their trip.
Färdiland™ is the latest and largest product for Marzelius Funktionell Design. It is a unique, top quality, highly functional and adaptable solution, mainly for people who want to get far with a kayak. It is made in Sweden all through.
-As a kayak cart it is robust and has many functional advandages.
-As the rig for a very exclusive main sail of 0.8 sqm, with a full tapered batten and window, it lets you travel in a relaxed way in the outdoors as people have done for centuries.
-As a baggage cart it helps to easily transport for example the packed foldable boat and other gear to and from the places and waters you visit.
-As an outdoor chair it lets you sit comfortably, where ever you are.
-Disassembled it can be packed in the case that the mesh cradle then becomes.
Thanks to the design, with easily parted tubes, there is no problem fitting Färdiland™ in the hatch compartment or in a bag together with a foldable kayak.

Färdiland™ was first shown by Avanza Kayak & Outdoor at the outdoor fair Vildmarksmässan in Stockholm on March 16-19 2007, and later at the kayak fair Kajakdagarna on May 12-13. More recently at Dalsland Kanotmaraton, and this autumn 2008 you will be able to see it at the Banff Mountain Film Festival events in Gothenburg on October 6 and in Lund on October 16.
